119 Emergency Operations Center

  • Control and coordination of response to disasters, accidents, and other emergencies where firefighting, rescue, EMS services are needed (hereinafter the “Fire and Disaster”)
  • Initial response such as receiving, handling, circulating and making reports of Fire and Disaster
  • Collecting, analyzing, circulating information on Fire and Disaster at home and abroad
  • Apprehending, communicating and handling developments of Fire and Disaster
  • Apprehending and recording damage as well as rescue and EMS activities related to Fire and Disaster; gathering relevant statistics and analyzing information
  • Managing dispatch activities and operation, guidance and supervision related to 119 Control Centers at fire service headquarters in special and metropolitan cities, and special autonomous cities and provinces (hereinafter “City/Province”)
