  • Building, coordinating and supervising the NFA’s various policy programs and plans, including core business plans
  • Managing instructions
  • Setting up and operating the Policy Advisory Committee
  • Supervising the compilation, allocation and execution of budgets across the NFA
  • Building and coordinating mid-term financial plans; analyzing performance of finance programs
  • Supervising and coordinating cooperative works related to the National Assembly and/or political parties
  • Supervising and supporting international cooperative tasks related to the firefighting industry
  • Collecting and analyzing materials from other countries on firefighting to make source books
  • Deliberating and coordinating overseas business trips and support for overseas training for civil servants of the NFA
  • Handling of any other matters that fall outside the scope of responsibility of other directors under the Director General for Planning & Coordination
