- Supervising legislative appeals, constitutional court trials and litigation that fall within the scope of NFA responsibilities
- Supporting the translation of legislative provisions that fall within the scope of NFA responsibilities
- Implementing a study on the impact of corruption on building NFA regulations, such as notifications or instructions, and proposals for their revision
- Supervising and coordinating tasks related to regulatory reform across the NFA, such as management of tasks related to regulatory reform as well as reviewing their progress
- Identifying and evaluating new regulatory reform tasks
- Handling matters concerning the appointment of a legal advisor and legal advisory
- Handling matters related to audits of the NFA and its affiliated government bodies and other related organizations
- Handling matters concerning property registration, reports of gifts and employment restrictions applied to NFA employees
- Handling matters concerning establishment of comprehensive anti-corruption measures and operating an anti-corruption system
- Inspecting NFA employee service, monitoring for illegal activity and complaints as well as discipline in the public sector
- Handling matters concerning pre-auditing across the NFA
- onitoring, guiding and supervising the status of supervision and response onsite by the head of a fire service headquarters or the chief of a fire station in special and metropolitan cities, and special autonomous cities and provinces (hereinafter “City/Province”)
- Monitoring the operating status of emergency rescue control squads and providing guidance and supervision
- Handling matters concerning audits in accordance with requests of the Commissioner
