  • Security management and management of the official seal and its register ledger
  • Managing and preserving documented materials; managing archives
  • Managing an information disclosure system
  • Overseeing employment, payment and welfare benefits for NFA employees
  • Handling HR management tasks, including appointment of and training/education for NFA employees
  • Handling matters concerning penalties imposed on NFA employees
  • Managing national properties and/or items; purchasing and procuring goods and services
  • Managing funds; supervising accounting and settlement of the funds
  • Handling matters concerning creation and coordination of plans and government emergency drills for potential states of national emergency
  • Managing workforce reserve forces and civil defense corps
  • Handling matters concerning the use of the NFA name as a sponsor for various events
  • Handling any other matters that fall outside the scope of responsibility of other departments in the NFA
